Biography Muldabekova Kamchat Tulyuginovna was born on September 11, 1971, in the Almaty region, Kazakhstan. From 1988 to 1993, she studied at the Almaty Pedagogical University of Foreign Languages, graduating as a teacher of English and Russian languages. Between 1994 and 2018, she worked as an English language lector at the Almaty Zoo Veterinary Institute and the Kazakh National Agrarian Research University. Additionally, she taught at Narxoz and Turan Universities. From 2009 to 2011, she completed her master's degree at Abai Kazakh National Pedagogical University. From 2011 to 2014, she pursued her doctoral studies at Abai Kazakh National Pedagogical University and successfully defended her dissertation titled "Enhancing the Communicative Competence of Future Specialists Through Information and Communication Technologies." Her scientific articles have been published in the Web of Science and Scopus databases: 1. "Tolerance in the System of World-View Culture and Spiritual and Moral Development." In 2013, she participated in a research exchange program at Ankara University in Turkey to advance her doctoral work.
